Q: How long do MVEL nail strips last?
A: Our nail strips typically last 7–14 days, depending on individual nail oiliness, daily activities, and correct application.
Q: Do the colors look the same as the photos online?
A: We photograph our products under natural lighting to show the most accurate colors. However, slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. We recommend checking multiple hand model photos for reference.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and unopened. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
Q: Can I return a product if I have already opened it?
A: No. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the package is opened or the nail strips have been used, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to our error (wrong color/size or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Q: Can I exchange for a different color or size?
A: Yes, we accept exchanges for different colors or sizes as long as the original item is unused and unopened, subject to stock availability.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, you may return it within 30 days if eligible.
