Return Window You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges for:

- Wrong color or size (due to our error)
- Damaged or defective items
Exchange Conditions Exchanges are available only if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- The exchange is for a different color or size (subject to stock availability).
- The return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
Non-Exchangeable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any opened or partially used nail strip sets
- Products where the seal has been broken
