Returns & Refund Policy

At MVEL, we are confident you'll love your single color nail strips. We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a simple and fair return policy.

Return Window You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong color or size due to our error
  • Damaged or defective items

Exchange Conditions We offer exchanges only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The exchange is for a different color or size (subject to stock availability).
  • The return is due to our error (wrong color/size shipped) or the item arrived damaged.

Non-Exchangeable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any opened or partially used nail strip sets
  • Products where the seal has been broken
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return or exchange is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@mvel.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or a prepaid shipping label (only for defective or wrong items).

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy.

Important Notes

  • All returned or exchanged products must be in resaleable condition.
  • This policy applies to purchases made on mvel.com. Policies may differ on other platforms.
